This workshop puts a focus on prioritizing self-care in order to show up strong and prepared, both professionally and personally. We lean into research from a variety of fields to offer tools to increase self-awareness, self-care, and balance in our everyday lives, even when time is limited. Through a variety of activities participants will practice actionable skills and be inspired to create their own plan for self care and confidence.

Tuesday May 28, 2024: Improv(ing) Self Care and Confidence

    • Increased skills in: active listening, being present, identifying and investigating sources of stress, self-awareness, self-care, understanding triggers, curiosity, flexibility, practicing compassion and empathy (especially for yourself).
