This workshop addresses the fundamental steps a supervisor can take to work through general coaching situations. Coaching employees on how to respond to problems or proactively prevent them is both an art and a science. This workshop will also provide practice and reflection on the skills needed (active listening, clarifying expectations, communication, holding others accountable) to coach effectively.
